Sister – friend – confidante: founded in 1958 Kissy, Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Victoria’s family moved to Kissy becoming our neighbours when I was 8 years old. Since then we became extended families and I always loved her as I would an older sister. We’ve supported each other through travelling to the other side of the world to London, our respective marriages, cherished motherhoods and the most important milestones of our lives.

We communicated weekly when she was in Ghana and almost daily when she was in the U.K.

We shared so many confidences.

I miss her so much.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.
